* Sponsors and other exhibitors requiring additional time for move-in should contact
Maurya Palmer at U.S. Expo: (520) 573-3200.** Exhibitors may not dismantle or remove any
part of their exhibit prior to the final closing of the exhibit hall at 5:30 PM on Friday,
February 20th. Please arrange your travel plans accordingly. Dismantling prior to 5:30 PM
on Friday, February 20 will result in a 25% early dismantlement penalty. Please refer to
Section 4 of the Exhibit Rules and Regulations for more details.

EXHIBIT SPACES
Exhibit and Job Fair booth fees include the following benefits and services:

• One 10’x10’ booth
• One 8’ draped table
• Two (2) chairs
• Side-rails and backdrop
• One 7” x 44” company identification sign
• Hall security during closed hours Additional furniture, carpeting, and signage are
available at the exhibitor’s expense. Upon receipt of your signed contract and full payment, an Exhibitor Service Kit will be mailed to you from US EXPO, the official NABE 2009 service contractor.
