EXHIBIT SPACE MUST BE RESERVED BY DECEMBER 1, 2008, in order to be listed in the printed Conference Program Book. After December 1, 2008 contracts will be accepted, and booths will be assigned on a space-available basis. The booth description will appear in the Conference Program Addendum.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Please do not call the hotels directly! Housing requests for NABE 2009 are being made through the Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau. In order to obtain special NABE attendee conference rates, reservations must be made through the Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of rooms can not be guaranteed after January 26, 2009.
Exhibitors & Sponsors please complete the hardcopy Hotel Reservation Form and fax in your housing requests. A special VIP block of housing accommodations has been secured for NABE sponsors and exhibitors at each of the conference hotels. A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the headquarter hotel for sponsors and exhibitors. Please register early to ensure your selection of hotel accommodations.
Reservations are processed in the order in which they are received and hotel availability is subject to change.
Shuttle transportation will be provided from NABE hotel properties not in walking distance to the Austin Convention Center.
