Please do not call the hotels directly! Housing requests for NABE 2009 are being made through the Austin Housing Bureau. In order to obtain special NABE attendee conference rates, select the housing link below to book your reservation via the web. Upon completion of your hotel selection, you will receive immediate confirmation of your hotel assignment via an e-mail. Availability of rooms can not be guaranteed after January 26,2009. Exhibitors & Sponsors please complete the hardcopy Hotel Reservation Form and fax in your housing requests. A special VIP block of housing accommodations has been secured for NABE sponsors and exhibitors at each of the conference hotels. A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the headquarter hotel for sponsors and exhibitors. Please register early to ensure your selection of hotel accommodations. Reservations are processed in the order in which they are received and hotel availability is subject to change.
